Really, is that how it came across? Well, maybe I should clear things out. See, I love my home and it IS my home but I also know that it's my mom who's incharge of the home affairs, decision making, etc. I just go along with the system in place and I got a chance to sort of stand in for some of her managerial duties for five days - it gave me an idea of what it's like to BE incharge of running a household. Clearly and understandably, that doesn't exist normally which explains why it was an eye-opener in many ways.
